The duo looked happy in love as they posed for photos with their arms wrapped around each other and exchanged a kiss on top of the Met Gala steps.
When asked if the Met Gala or baring it all in his latest film, Thor: Love and Thunder, which includes a scene featuring his his bare butt, is more intimidating, he told Entertainment Tonight both were pretty daunting.
'It's all pretty intimidating, this is fun, though, this is fun,' he said, before noting this was both his and his wife's first time at the event. 'To be a chair is quite an honor.'
He continued: 'Everyone I've spoken to says it's a great night, so we're excited.'
Tom Ford's creative director, Peter Hawkings, told Vogue he was 'happy to dress Chris and Elsa in complimentary Tom Ford looks on the red carpet' as they 'both embody the ethos I am creating at Tom Ford of sensuality, confidence, and cool and wear their looks with ease and allure.'
